What do we know about Garry? He's debonair in that black leather hat, he shows up for the best in local insanity (we saw him at almost every single Cum & Go gig in the demented Tucson summer of 2003, and he's still doing the funky chicken at Topless Opry shows in the Red Room) and if he has his way, he's gonna shake things up for the better.
