How can someone be acerbic and courtly at the same time? Ask Matt, de facto maitre d' and chef at Grill. In addition to whipping up excellent specials on weekend nights, Matt revels in tweaking the noses of most everyone. In a recent interview with the Arizona Daily Star, Matt outraged at least one reader with his response to the hapless reporter's query about his favorite dish. Matt replied along the lines of eating a baby if it were prepared well.
